At Dagoretti North Constituency Tally Centre (St George’s School) a man has been arrested at the instructions of the Returning Officer after he was found in possession of a ballot box he was not authorized to have. The number of the ballot box did not match the ballot box number of the suspect’s polling station book. The suspect had been accused of ballot stuffing by party agents who brought it to the attention of the RO. The ballot box under investigation was for the election of Member of National Assembly from Kawangware primary polling station stream 4.
