The Tallying Center RO Had Not Announced the Kisumu East Results by 11:30 pm hence the Voters Because Anxious and Caused Tension. The Crowd was Heckling and Demanding for the Announcement of Results. The Police Dispersed the Crowd Using Teargas and Calmness was Restored.
