Four polling stations brought the results at the Stima Club which was the Ruaraka Constituency Tallying Center at 2.00 pm. On inquiry, I learned that one of the Presiding Officers was working single-handedly right from sorting of the ballot papers. This raised some curiosity from the agents of different political parties and candidates. I was also informed that one of the Presiding Officers opened a Ballot Box to retrieve the original Ballot paper without the presence of agents after sealing the box at the polling station. No clear information was given on the polling station the Presiding Officer Was.
